Interested in the process of painting, itself, and its connection to the processes in relationship to my surroundings, I often start with placing multiple, often un-stretched raw canvas on the floor and then start spilling paints onto the arranged piles of fabrics, canvas, linen, silks and paper. This process allows the paint to bleed through multiple layers of works at once. I also call this method ‘The Recording Of Color’, producing a Landscape with colors similar to a soundscape in music. The works are influencing each other such as single notes create a composition. One dimension transforming into another dimension, the final result of the painting reveals itself through discovery.
